What exactly will I receive?
It depends on the item type. Digital products: a download link delivered to your email/account (photo packs, 4K wallpapers, ebooks, courses). Physical products: a made-to-order item shipped to your address (posters, apparel, caps). See the product page for exact specs.
How fast will I get it?
Digital: the download link is sent immediately after checkout.
Physical: production usually takes 2–5 business days, plus shipping (typically 5–10 business days depending on your country). Tracking is provided.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Digital products: all sales are final once the download link is delivered.
Physical goods: returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging; exchanges are possible when stock allows. Full details: Returns & Refunds page.
How do I download my files?
We email a secure download link to the address used at checkout (and show it on the Order Confirmation page). If a link expires or a file is corrupted, email support@paimp.agency
with your order number.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. Duties/taxes may apply depending on your country and are not included at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Digital: can be cancelled before delivery; after the link is delivered, the sale is final.
Physical: changes/cancellations are possible before production starts—email us as soon as possible with your order number.
