Returns & Refunds

P.Ai.M.P primarily offers digital products (photo packs, 4K wallpapers, ebooks, mini-courses) and occasionally physical goods (e.g., posters, apparel, caps). This policy explains when a refund may be issued and how to get help.

TL;DR
Digital products: all sales are final once the download link is delivered.
Physical goods: 14-day return window from delivery for eligible, unused items in original condition.

1) Digital Products (Downloads)

  • All Sales Final After Delivery
    Once access is granted or a download link is delivered to the email/account used at checkout, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted for digital goods.

  • Non-Delivery / Technical Issues
    If you did not receive your files, or the archive is corrupted/incomplete, email support@paimp.agency within 7 days of purchase. We’ll re-send or provide alternative access. If we cannot restore access within a reasonable time, we’ll issue a refund.

  • Duplicate Orders or Charges
    If you were charged twice for the same item, we’ll refund the duplicate payment.

  • Pre-orders & Scheduled Releases
    You may cancel before delivery (before the download link is issued). After delivery, the “all sales final” rule applies.

  • EU/UK customers
    At checkout, we begin supplying the digital content immediately after purchase. By completing the order, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts. (Informational notice; not legal advice.)


2) Physical Goods (Posters, Apparel, Caps & Accessories)

Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery. 
Who pays return shipping: Customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Refund method: Original payment method (processing by your bank may take 3–10 business days).
Exchange: Allowed for size/variant if stock is available.

Eligibility & Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused / unworn, in original condition and original packaging (including poster tubes, polybags, tags).

  • Free of odors, stains, and signs of wear.

  • With all accessories included (caps inserts, stickers, etc.).

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Category Notes

  • Posters & Prints: Must be unhung, unframed, handled only by the edges, and repacked in the original tube with protective paper.

  • Apparel / Caps: Unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.

  • Limited / Numbered Editions: Must remain sealed (if applicable) and include any COA inside.

Non-returnable items

  • Final sale, gift cards, download codes, opened hygiene-sensitive items (if introduced), customized/monogrammed products.

  • Items damaged through use or improper handling (creases, scratches, odors).

  • Returns without original packaging or beyond the return window.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible.

  • Shipping damage claims must include outer packaging photos.


3) How to Start a Return / Exchange (Physical Goods)

  1. Request authorization: Email support@paimp.agency with order #, item, and reason (return or size exchange).

  2. Receive instructions: We’ll send return steps and the RMA

  3. Pack securely: Use the original packaging. For posters, re-insert the print with protective paper and cap the tube.

  4. Ship it back: Use a trackable service and share the tracking number. [⚠ add return address]

  5. Inspection & refund/exchange: Allow 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility for inspection. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method; exchanges ship once inspection passes.

International returns: Customs duties and original shipping are non-refundable. Mark the parcel as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid extra import fees.


4) Chargebacks & Disputes

If something’s wrong, please contact us first. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions are investigated promptly; we may request proof of card ownership or account access.


5) Warranty & Content Availability

  • Products are delivered as described on their pages (size, finish, resolution, count, format).

  • We may update or replace files for quality reasons. If we materially improve a digital item shortly after you buy it, we’ll re-issue the new version at no extra cost.


6) Exceptions We Can Consider

We may consider a refund where:

  • A duplicate purchase occurs (digital or physical)

  • Persistent non-delivery/technical failure for digital goods cannot be fixed

  • A misleading listing is proven (e.g., count/resolution materially wrong)
    P.Ai.M.P may decline requests that conflict with this policy or show abuse.

Do you accept returns for downloads?
No. Digital goods are non-returnable once delivered.

What is the return window for posters or caps?
14 days from delivery, if unused and in original packaging.

Who pays return shipping?
The customer pays for remorse/size returns. We cover shipping for defective or wrong items.

How long do refunds take?
We aim to process within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Banks may take 3–10 more business days to post funds.

Can I exchange a size?
Yes, if stock is available. Start by emailing support@paimp.agency.

My poster arrived creased—what now?
Email us within 7 days with photos of the tube, outer box, and the print. We’ll replace or refund if shipping damage is confirmed.
